Research Disclosures
Last Modified: April 21, 2026
1. Purpose of Publication
Symmetrium Lens Research publishes institutional-grade analysis of digital assets, protocols, and on-chain economies. Reports are intended to inform analysts, allocators, builders, and researchers about the structure and state of an asset. They are not intended to direct trading activity or substitute for professional advice.
All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence unless otherwise noted. Attribution is required when republishing or quoting.
2. Not Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
IMPORTANT: NOTHING PUBLISHED BY SYMMETRIUM LENS RESEARCH CONSTITUTES PERSONALISED INVESTMENT ADVICE, A SOLICITATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY ASSET, LEGAL COUNSEL, OR TAX GUIDANCE.
Readers must conduct their own due diligence and consult appropriately qualified professionals before acting on anything published here. Digital assets carry material risks, including total loss of capital, protocol failure, smart-contract exploits, governance-driven economic changes, regulatory action, and liquidity gaps.
Past performance, simulated performance, and forward-looking projections are not reliable indicators of future results.
3. Research Methodology
Every report aims to be reproducible from primary sources. Our source hierarchy, in decreasing order of authority:
- Executable code — protocol runtime, smart contracts, genesis configuration. What the chain actually does supersedes what the documentation says it does.
- Binding on-chain governance — enacted referenda, DAO votes, and EIPs that have shipped. A passed vote that changes tokenomics overrides the whitepaper.
- Official documentation — docs sites, wikis, and foundation blogs.
- Live on-chain state — RPC queries for supply, staking, balances, and treasury, timestamped inside the report.
- Third-party aggregators — Subscan, CoinGecko, Tokenomist, block explorers. Used only for cross-validation, never as the sole source of a material claim.
When sources disagree, we follow the hierarchy above and document the discrepancy inline.
4. Forward-Looking Statements
Reports routinely include supply projections, inflation decay curves, scenario probabilities, and other forward-looking estimates. These are derived from on-chain parameters that exist as of the publication date and are subject to change at any time via governance action, runtime upgrade, or unforeseen events.
Probabilities attached to scenarios represent the author's subjective weighting and are not market-implied. They should be treated as analytical framing, not as price or probability forecasts.
5. Conflicts of Interest
Symmetrium Lens Research publishes analysis on assets in which the firm, its principals, or its contributors may hold positions. To preserve editorial independence:
- We do not accept payment, equity grants, token grants, or consulting fees from issuers, foundations, or sponsors in exchange for favourable coverage.
- Authors disclose any material holding in a covered asset at the point of publication where such a holding exceeds a de-minimis threshold.
- We do not front-run our own coverage. Material positions are not initiated, increased, or reduced in the 48 hours before or after a report is published.
6. Accuracy, Errors, and Corrections
Reports are written against a specific publication date and reflect our good-faith reading of sources available at that time. Tokenomics is dynamic: governance votes, runtime upgrades, and market events can render sections stale within days.
If you believe a published report contains a factual error, please contact us at the address in Section 9. Material corrections are applied as in-place updates with a changelog entry in the footer version number. We do not silently edit substantive analysis.
7. Distribution and Third-Party Content
Reports may be freely shared under the CC BY-NC 4.0 terms. Commercial syndication, paid redistribution, or use in closed-subscriber products requires prior written consent. Embedded third-party logos, screenshots, and datasets remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair-use or explicit licence.
Links to external sources are provided for verification. We do not endorse, operate, or take responsibility for the content of third-party sites.
8. Jurisdiction and Availability
Reports are published from, and intended for readers in, jurisdictions where access to unregulated digital-asset analysis is lawful. Residents of jurisdictions where such material is restricted should not rely on this content. We make no representation that the information is appropriate, permitted, or lawful for use in every jurisdiction.
